Balea Lake - Balea Waterfall Cablecar
Daily schedule functioning: 9.00am to 5.00pm (Monday - Sunday)
Scheduled trips: 09.30, 12.00, 15.00, 16.45
Cablecar ticket rates:- Ascent Balea Waterfall - Balea Lake: 30 lei (children up to 12 years: 15 lei);
- Descent Balea Lake - Balea Waterfall: 30 lei (children up to 12 years: 15 lei);
- Large hand luggage (20-30 kg): 10 lei;
- Small hand luggage (10kg): 5 lei;
- Bike: 30 lei;
- Cargo 1 kg: 2 lei (no cargo is carried in weekend: Friday, Saturday and Sunday).
The cablecar operates at least 10 people (or the equivalent of 10 tikets for 30,00 lei/pers if less than 10 persons).
The length of the cablecar's route is 3700 m (minimum altitude: 1.200 m, maximum altitude: 2.040 m).
In case of unfavorable weather conditions (strong wind, low temperatures, frost, lightning) cablecar is not working!
